  • Maria Canals as Carmen Cruz
  • Shaun Weiss as Stuey Mandelker
  • Dean Stockwell as Frank DiMeo

This mediocre sitcom was one of the first casualties of the generally disastrous 1997-2001 season. Tony Danza stars as Tony DiMeo, recently separated dad and freelance New York sportswriter, an old-world guy who just wants to raise his two daughters with a few old-fashioned values. At 17, his strong-willed daughter Tina goes head-to-head with him, and 11-year-old Mickey drives her loving dad to distraction with her neuroses and hypochondria. Computer whiz/assistant Carmen Cruz is a bantering fixture in the family's East Side apartment, as is doorman Stuey. Only four episodes were aired; although sporadic dates for the remaining episodes have popped up in the NBC schedule, none seem to have actually made it to broadcast.
