Originally titled Mr. Chapel when announced for the fall schedule Vengeance Unlimited stars Michael Madsen as Mr. Chapel, a shadowy character who takes it upon himself to correct the evils perpetrated by the wealthy and powerful. Chapel's methods are often violent, one might argue even dastardlier than the original crimes themselves.
